В Караганде в результате дорожно-транспортного происшествия погиб старший тренер женской сборной Казахстана по дзюдо, чемпион мира 1984 года по самбо Канат Байшолаков, сообщает ИА Новости-Казахстан.
Вчера в Карагандинской области бушевала метель. По словам родственника погибшего, Байшолаков остановился на трассе «Караганда – Жана Арка», чтобы помочь застрявшей в снегу машине. Для подмоги решил остановить КамАЗ, но водитель КамАЗа из-за плохой видимости его не заметил и наехал на Байшолакова. Тот оказался зажат между двух машин. Байшолаков скончался в машине, до больницы его довести не успели.
Похороны Каната Байшолакова пройдут в понедельник в городе Жана-Арка Карагандинской области, сообщает агентство.
